These terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Plumbline Labs ("Plumbline," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
Plumbline provides cross-platform advertising measurement. With your authorization, we connect to your advertising accounts and, where applicable, your e-commerce store, read the reporting and order data you permit, and produce measurement, analysis, and budget-allocation reporting. Our connections are read-only: we do not create, edit, or delete anything in your advertising accounts or store, and we do not manage your campaigns.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. When you connect a third-party account (such as an advertising platform or Shopify store), you represent that you are authorized to grant access to that account and its data. You may disconnect any connected account at any time, and you may stop using the services at any time.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with or disrupting the services, reverse-engineering the services except as permitted by law, or using the services to violate any applicable law or any third-party platform's terms.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor (for example, order data from a connected store), that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these terms. You retain all rights in your data; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the services.
The services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify) and their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and changes they make to their APIs or policies may affect the services.
Plumbline and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including the software, models, and reporting outputs (excluding your underlying data). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your internal business purposes during your use of them.
Plumbline produces measurement and estimates based on the data available to it. Our outputs are analytical estimates, not guarantees of outcomes. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our reporting.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumbline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the services.
These terms apply while you use the services. You may stop using the services and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required to protect the services or comply with law. On termination, we delete or de-identify your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Texas, to the extent permitted by law.
